Olmetex, located in the Como region of northern Italy, close to the Swiss border, is a material manufacturer whose fabrics are used by fashion houses worldwide.
TAITO is a cotton-nylon material with water-repellent properties. It features a unique, deep, slick feel from its washed finish. This season, DUSKY PURPLE is available.

[BETA 006] SPRING-SUMMER 26 "PORTRAIT"
We express our endless trial and error in pursuit of better craftsmanship, rather than a finished form, as "BETA" along with our collections.
The 7th collection, [BETA006] SPRING-SUMMER 26 COLLECTION, is themed "PORTRAIT" and aims for a more human expression by focusing on the designer's personal tastes.
The collaboration with Dutch artist "MARIJN VAN KREIJ" (Marijn van Kreij), with whom we have had a long-standing relationship, shows that art is not separate from everyday life but is continuous with it.
Marijn creates drawings and collages based on existing images, which precisely echoes NTN's approach to clothing creation.
In addition to art, the designer aims for a more personal and human expression by combining his interests in the outdoors, nature, and historical clothing with his own pattern-making. This is a life's work and an unchanging theme for NTN.
Regarding materials, we largely adopt high-quality fabrics, centered on sophisticated synthetic materials from OLMETEX and LIMONTA, as well as silk nylon, cotton silk, silk-blend printed fabrics, specially processed buffalo leather, and Spiber's Brewed Protein-blended wool gabardine.
Regarding silhouettes, we express a new functional beauty by crossing over the functional details and structures of outdoor wear with classical items.
Conscious of things made by human hands, we aimed to achieve fine details, functional, and sometimes whimsical and personal structures that can be felt by wearing or looking closely at seemingly minimalist clothing.
Timeless yet transforming with each season to adapt to the times and people, products named "BETA" extend the wearer's daily life while maintaining functionality and durability.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available for domestic orders within Japan. It is not available for international shipments.

Payment timing:
Credit card / various wallets (Shop Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay): Payment is confirmed at the time of order.
Bank transfer: Please make the payment to the designated account within one week of placing your order. If payment is not confirmed, the order will be canceled. Products will be shipped after payment is confirmed. Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.
Cash on delivery: Please pay the delivery person from the shipping company when the product is delivered. Cash on delivery fees are to be borne by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns (Domestic)
We accept returns within 7 days of product arrival. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at janastra.apparel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items eligible for return must meet the following conditions:
・Unused and unworn ・Product tags attached ・Original packaging complete ・Proof of purchase (receipt, etc.)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have passed "8 days or more" since arrival. Accessories, warranty cards, disadvantage tags, sale items. Items with tags removed or lost. Items that have been used once. Items that have been altered, washed, or dry-cleaned. Items with odors, stains, or scratches. Items with lost or damaged packaging (bags, boxes, etc.). Items with lost warranty cards or product tags. Sale items cannot be returned.
Returns cannot be accepted for reasons due to customer convenience, such as "the item was different from what I imagined" or "I made a mistake in ordering."
Exchanges
For exchanges due to size differences, the return shipping fee and re-shipping fee for the exchange will be borne by the customer (prepaid). For exchanges, please inquire by email or phone.
International Returns
The following conditions apply to international returns: ・Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. ・Original shipping costs are non-refundable. ・Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable (as they are collected by the customs authorities of each country).
European Union (EU) Customers (Right of Withdrawal)

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
