Returns (Domestic – Japan)

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided prior contact has been made.

Conditions:

Item must be unused and unworn
All original tags, packaging, and accessories included
Proof of purchase required

※Returns without prior notice will not be accepted

Customer-Initiated Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:

Change of mind
Incorrect orders
Size or fit issues

※Size exchanges may be accepted if stock is available.
Return and re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

International Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable

EU Customers (Right of Withdrawal)

Customers in the EU may return items within 14 days of delivery.
