A basic yet classic T-shirt, meticulously designed with a perfected silhouette and length balance.
The shoulder seams are shifted backward, similar to a tailored jacket, to enhance comfort. The hem and cuffs are finished with a triple-fold, a technique not typically used for T-shirts, which takes advantage of the crispness of the fabric.
The ribbed collar is made from a thicker material than usual. The NTN embroidery features a unique design, composed solely of lines, differentiating it from a standard logo.
This heavy-weight jersey, woven by a domestic knitter, boasts an elegant texture.
Typically, jersey is knitted with thick 10/-class yarn, but this piece uses two strands of fine 40/2 yarn, achieving both the heavy feel of thick yarn and the luster of fine yarn.
This is the ideal fabric we arrived at when creating our classic T-shirt.

Payment Methods and Timing
Payment methods:

Payment timing:
Credit card / various wallets (Shop Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay): Payment is confirmed at the time of order.
Bank transfer: Please make the payment to the designated account within one week of placing your order. If payment is not confirmed, the order will be canceled. Products will be shipped after payment is confirmed. Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.
Cash on delivery: Please pay the delivery person from the shipping company when the product is delivered. Cash on delivery fees are to be borne by the customer.
Returns (Domestic)
We accept returns within 7 days of product arrival. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at janastra.apparel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items eligible for return must meet the following conditions:
・Unused and unworn ・Product tags attached ・Original packaging complete ・Proof of purchase (receipt, etc.)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have passed "8 days or more" since arrival. Accessories, warranty cards, disadvantage tags, sale items. Items with tags removed or lost. Items that have been used once. Items that have been altered, washed, or dry-cleaned. Items with odors, stains, or scratches. Items with lost or damaged packaging (bags, boxes, etc.). Items with lost warranty cards or product tags. Sale items cannot be returned.
Returns cannot be accepted for reasons due to customer convenience, such as "the item was different from what I imagined" or "I made a mistake in ordering."
Exchanges
For exchanges due to size differences, the return shipping fee and re-shipping fee for the exchange will be borne by the customer (prepaid). For exchanges, please inquire by email or phone.
International Returns
The following conditions apply to international returns: ・Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. ・Original shipping costs are non-refundable. ・Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable (as they are collected by the customs authorities of each country).
European Union (EU) Customers (Right of Withdrawal)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. ・Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. ・Original shipping costs are refundable only for standard shipping. ・Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable. *The following items are not eligible: ・Made-to-order items ・Customized items
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
