Returns (Domestic)
We accept returns within 7 days of product arrival. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at janastra.apparel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items eligible for return must meet the following conditions:
・Unused and unworn ・Product tags attached ・Original packaging complete ・Proof of purchase (receipt, etc.)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have passed "8 days or more" since arrival. Accessories, warranty cards, disadvantage tags, sale items. Items with tags removed or lost. Items that have been used once. Items that have been altered, washed, or dry-cleaned. Items with odors, stains, or scratches. Items with lost or damaged packaging (bags, boxes, etc.). Items with lost warranty cards or product tags. Sale items cannot be returned.
Returns cannot be accepted for reasons due to customer convenience, such as "the item was different from what I imagined" or "I made a mistake in ordering."
Exchanges
For exchanges due to size differences, the return shipping fee and re-shipping fee for the exchange will be borne by the customer (prepaid). For exchanges, please inquire by email or phone.
International Returns
The following conditions apply to international returns: ・Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. ・Original shipping costs are non-refundable. ・Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable (as they are collected by the customs authorities of each country).
European Union (EU) Customers (Right of Withdrawal)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. ・Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. ・Original shipping costs are refundable only for standard shipping. ・Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable. *The following items are not eligible: ・Made-to-order items ・Customized items
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
